The application process: Download an application or contact us. Turn in the completed and signed application to the Savior Property Management Office, along with the $30 non-refundable processing fee. Each adult roommate is required to have a separate application and processing fee.
Calculate the initial cost: Prorated rent or rent amount + security deposits+ $35 lease preparation fee
The lease: The standard lease is for 12 months. We will review the lease to insure you understand all the terms. After the lease is signed, you can move in your new home.
Pets: The property owner determines if pets are allowed. A non-refundable pet security deposit is required, which typically is around $150.
Roommates: Each adult roommate is required to fill out an application, be screened, and sign the lease. This is for your protection. It has occurred that an unapproved roommate caused damage to the property then leaves, causing the tenant to be liable for the damages.
Changes to the home: All property improvements must have the written approval of Savior Property Management, such as painting, putting up fences, or installing satellite dishes.
