Dawn Lasseigne has been involved with property management for over twenty years, first on a personal level then on a professional level as a REALTOR®. Dawn and her husband Dale founded Savior Property Management, LLC in 2012. They have managed to grow the company from nothing to over 100 single family homes and apartments managed in the Houma-Thibodaux area.

Dale Lasseigne, a native of Houma, is a Marine Corps Veteran. He has worked in carpentry, the oilfield, and in the medical field as a respiratory therapist and a physician assistant. After starting Savior Property Management in 2012, Dale was often found doing the repairs on the rentals, in addition to his role as agent/REALTOR®. That's how Savior Home Improvement began, now a licensed home improvement company. As a licensed contractor, Dale is knowledgeable in all aspects of home remodeling and construction. He has been involved in dozens of property rehabs, making them functional and profitable in today's market.
